How to work with us.
How do I get matched with the right SEI agent?
Tell us a bit about your goal, preferred language, and the area you are focused on (form on the homepage or Contact page). We match you with one bilingual agent within one business day. No round-robin, no auction floor.
Are all SEI agents bilingual?
Yes. Every agent on the roster is at minimum English/Spanish bilingual. Several speak additional languages (Portuguese, French, Italian) — note those preferences when you reach out.
Can I work with multiple SEI agents?
In most cases one agent owns your relationship across buy/sell/invest activity. If you need specialty support (e.g., commercial when your primary agent focuses on residential), we coordinate the handoff internally — you do not become a “lead” for a new agent.
How are SEI agents compensated?
Agents operate under a transparent commission structure ($950 flat fee, tiered split, same-day commission settlement). The Agent EVP page has full details. Clients are not impacted by the internal compensation structure — pricing and service are the same regardless.
Are SEI agents 1099 contractors or W-2 employees?
Florida brokerage convention: agents are independent contractors (1099) operating under the SEI brokerage license. Lending team and legal team are W-2 employees of the in-house service entities.
